Personally I would just spend the $3.00 on the quarter round blind spot mirrors that they sell at most automotive parts stores and stick it on in the lower outside corner and leave it at that. It is a lot easier and cheaper that way; this is what I have done with all of my vehicles and I no longer have any blind spots.

I have done that already but still im not satisfied with it old explorer is having better side mirror. Can we adopt the latest side mirror with sensor in older model

When you are talking about the mirrors for a 2009 model, a blind spot quarter round in the right spot will fill everything in since the mirrors for the 06-10 model years are quite large. Instead of the outside, bottom corner for the blind spot mirror you could try the upper inside corner and see if that is what you want.
If talking about going from the 06-10 mirror to a 11-13 model year mirror I don't see it happening because you are talking about wiring/mounting and controller differences.

You could also try something like this. I have never tried them, but they look like they might finish off what you are looking for in terms of full coverage with a quarter round in the lower corner and these on the inside edge.

And this is a link to the product that I have used on all my vehicles and have been referring to:

First link seems like better but it will take time to be familiarized to use it like the small round mirror

Second link looks better but does it fit in the side mirror casing

The second link is what I have put on all my vehicles. On the drivers side mirror of the Mountaineer (Explorer) it is placed on the mirror in the top inside corner. On my wifes car (Ford Fusion) it works best on the bottom outside mirror corner of the drivers side. The second item is a quarter round and takes up about the same space as a 2.5" round but gives better visibility because it is essentially 1/4 of a 5" round mirror (I personally think that a full round blind spot mirror shows too much and makes it hard to visually process).
