If you are referring to what we commonly call running boards, the answer is no. You can sometimes find misc. pcs on e-Bay...otherwise, used from the JY is your only option; unless you want to try aftermarket kits. I researched all this last Spring when I was interested in obtaining spares for my vehicle. Also learned by visiting my local JY that Explorers with fender flares require different running boards than those without due to the style of the end sections. The cool ones found on some Eddie Bauer's had a courtesy light at the rear. Of course, E.B.'s have fender flares, so they wouldn't work on my XLT. If you are looking to add these to your Explorer, don't forget you'll need the support brackets (4 per side), also. One last thing to consider...if your Explorer didn't come with even the basic plastic trim along the rockers, you'll need to drill approx. 12 slotted holes along the length for the clips that hold the running boards against the body.

Aftermarket tubular type are readily available, if that would be a suitable alternative.

i do have a set available- but i imagine shipping would be a nightmare to the uk. its the style xltrunner posted

It's really for the wife to step on. I don't think the tubular would do! Thanks anyway.

Great information. Appreciate your work on this and your time put into my answer. Thanks
