Sign Up Here: KillerAxles front locker for 2nd generation.

we found out from ARB that our front differential and the one on Dodge Durangos are so similar that a locker made for one will work for the other with one minor change, so you are looking at a market encompassing two different makes and four different models (Explorer, Sport Trac, Ranger, Durango) spanning at least a seven year period of production. That's a big market.
Don't forget the Dodge Dakota. Same as the Durango.
Thats five vehicles

If all you want is for people to sign up then I also want one. I should have the conversion done by the end of the summer/ early fall, and I'll be in the market for a front locker.

Add one more to the list.

Rick,
I offered the price of 849$ if you buy 10 lockers at one time. I did not say i start the production with 10 orders.

Be glad, we changed the production and like you can see the price is better now.

Yes, i told you the locker is ready. That means the construction is done, the prototype is tested and the locker is ready for the production.

We also like to build a locker for the rear axle (8.8).
But first we have to finish the deal with the front locker.

I think it would be much better if people knew that they could get a set of front and rear lockers together. I would gladly pay extra to get a matchingset of lockers from one manufacturer. I'm sure you could sell more if you made both available at once. I know the costs are incresed for you, but many of use are waiting for something like this rather than just the front.

It´s more a question of capacity.
I try my very best.

bump

where are we at so far?

I would be interested in one of these lockers. I plan on regearing to 4.88s this summer and it would be a great time to throw in a locker.

we need updated list....

Wolfgang im curious, is that charlie's rock crusher built by JD's offroad on your site?

really? he built that? i was under the impression JD's built it, never the less impressive. I was there when he climbed death valley, one of the hardest trails they've cut in @ paragon recently. pretty cool.

I would also buy one if they are getting ready to run the product

I have updated the first post and we have 30 people who have vowed to purchase a selectable front locker should one become available. Most of them should be easy to reach via PM or email. I will email Wolfgang to let him know.

well i didn't realize my name was still on that list.

i can't be considered a firm buyer yet. i'm working on another deal with someone, but if it doesn't work out then i would almost positively be in on this one. i took my name off for now though.. sorry! :(

You should have no problem selling those at all. There are a million Jeepers who use the Ford 8.8 for their rear axles.

ok.. my name is back on the list.

that's 30.

Well I've been thinking, and vowed is a pretty strong word. I'd like to change mine to vow to buy if they make a front and rear selectable lockers. I'd prefer to have a set from the same manufacturer. If they do that, then I'm a defeinite buyer. Otherwise I'll have to think about it.

i'd like lockers, but at 850 for the front only, it seems pretty high don't you think?
