Silver Metallic vs Ingot Silver

Is there a difference between these two Ford colors? I've noticed that Fusions, Focuses, F150s, Mustangs, etc. are available in Ingot Silver, but for some reason, the Rangers are listed as Silver Metallic. I parked our 2011 Ingot Silver Focus next to a Ranger at a dealership and the color looked the same to me.

The 2011 Ranger silver is code YN. The Focus Silver is code UX.

I don't have access to the fomulas anymore, but one most likely has coarser Metallic than the other or a few more drops of black, chances are that the Ingot Silver has some pearls in it where the Silver Met. doesn't.

If you were to spray one panel on your Focus with the Ranger color it will most likely stick out like a sore thumb.

Oddly both colors are listed for the Mustangs.
