I have some PIAA extreem white H3 bulbs and I think they put out a blue light. Do your headlights do the same? The Silverstars dont seen to have any blue. I cant tell the difference between the Silverstars and the PIAA Super whites. Both look the same to me. To my eyes the bluish bulbs have a lot of rain fade while the superwhites & Silverstars dont.

I'll take a pic of my Maxima tonight and post it. I've got Silverstars in the headlights and PIAA H3s in my fogs. It should give you a good understanding of the difference.

bill,my lights project white light, but look blue in the headlight casing at night and during the day. and that would be great travis, thanks

since i went from sylvania cool blue bulbs to silverstars i noticed i don't have to clean
the lights so much (dust and dirt really hurt the blue lights output)

i've sold lots of piaa bulbs and depending on the output they are generally close in
terms of brightness- it's the projector and HID systems that give the superbright
light
