Size of the reverse threaded nut for the fan?

The biggest open end I have is a 1" and that wasn't big enough for the reverse threaded nut that holds on the fan.
Does anyone know what size it is? Or is there a special tool for removing it?

There is a special tool you can rent at Autozone, Checker Auto or what ever is in your area. One wrench holds the pulley and the other is for the nut. I think the nut size is 1-7/16" or the metric equal.
