Just like to find out what kind of work im looking foward to when im installing my 6" class 2 kit.
Has anyone put this kit in their X and if so can i get some advise on what to do and what not to do!!!
It would be greatly appreciated. Just wondering are the front mounts for the ttb rivited or bolted? Havent crawled under my truck and looked yet way to wet here right now.. Anyone please help.
What tires will fit this kit as well i already have a set of
35x12.5x15 and wondering if i will have a problem.
Is there any problems with alignment and castrer adjustment?
Thanks Everyone

the axle pivot should be rivoted, what i did when i put my 5.5 superlift i took it to an alignment shop and had them pop them out and replace them with bolts. it saves so much time, and a lot of patience is saved. i was the best 60 bucks or so i've ever spent.

only the drivers side is held on by rivots, the passenger side has these cool nuts and bolts that you don't need to stick a wrench on to keep from spinning. As for fitting 35's Put an F150 coil spacer under the front and a warrior shackle in the rear with the spring over axle for a badass 7.5" lift. I had to trim the rear of the front fenders to fit mine. I have my skyjacker brackets set at 4" drop and a 4" spring with spacers and it works no problem.

Thanks

Thanks guys i appreciate the help. I was looking under and i noticed the passenger side was bolted so i was hoping for the other side as well but i dont think i will be that lucky. As for the 35's do you think they will be with the 6" and im also will be going a 1-2" body lift as well so that should help a bit. And for the F-150 coil spacers im going to try them and the warrior shackles as well.
Did you guys have any probs with the alignment setting because im going to be using this as a daily driver as well. And how about the drive shafts is there anything i have to do with those.
Thanks again

Hey Dannyboy your truck looks awsome and it was your truck and ricks truck that got to buy one of these.
Talk with you soon.:)

depending on your offset... the tires will fit with about 8.5" i had to trim my rear fenders too.... not hard... i used a wafer wheel... made a nice clean cut... and as far as your driveshafts they will be fine.... they will extend that far and still give you plenty of room. id just say do 3" body lift along with that.... give you 8.5.... and if you dont wanna do your fender trimming.... do your spacers and shackels.... for 10.5" of killer lift.... but im happy with my 5.5 and my 3" body lift....
