Slide in camper

I know the owners manual says no slide in campers and i know they dont make any for a ST, but why wouldnt a Six Pack T100s that fits a ranger work. The ST would proably need some mods to tie her down, but thats doable. Any thoughts or is it just a bad idea?

A Sport Trac bed is still shorter than a Ranger bed. Leer makes bed caps, you could sleep in one of those in a pinch. A Sport Trac bed is also shorter than JohnnyO.

Although I've always thought that if someone wanted to get creative they could build or adapt an old Jeep CJ-5 camper with the tag axle. They only made a hundred or so in 1970. Couldn't say how many are left now. At least one anyway. Good luck!
