I am trying to get rid of a clunk i have one quick question
do i have to remove the driveshaft from the truck to do this or can i do it by simply removing the boot covering it?
i'd like to do it tomorrow but i'm not too good with tedious things like this so if its too hard i may just suck it up and go to a shop and pay like $15 and have them do it for me real quick

thanks
ryan

I believe that you have to remove it from the truck. If you can go to a shop and have them do it for 15 bucks..go for it. I think I paid 60.00 to get mine done. Took the guy about 15 minutes. Good luck

usually the shop i go to does some tihngs relatively cheap for me, so i'll have to check that out tomorrow because i hate to mess with things i don't know about like driveshafts....no idea what is what down there
