I’ve been reading all posts but nothing quite like what I’m experiencing: running fine for about 15-20 min then when I stop at red and accelerate she hesitates a bit and then picks up speed. Also noticed this after going into 4/5th gear.

mechanic checked all codes, said nothing was found.

Here’s the interesting part: I turned my car in for oil change ONLY. I get back the car with this issues + AC stopped working. Are the two related? How the hell do I turn in my car working fine and get it back broken??

That's the primary reason I learned to work on my stuff myself. I only recently made a dealer appointment for the first time in 20 years of driving. I had to have an alignment done on my new to me 2011 Mercedes. They are more complex than I want to deal with. I lack the tooling for this job as well.

On the sluggish running, I would make sure the vehicle is serviced properly. Crud in the fuel filter can cause the issue you describe. It sucks up into the filter media and starves the engine of fuel. Once shut off the crud settles back down to the bottom of the filter. Also, make sure it has new plugs and all the basic ignition stuff is in good shape.

With your AC, they may have knocked something loose like a switch or connector. The system may be low, or a relay bad. It might take some investigation to know where to start.

Check the simple things first and make sure everything is properly serviced and start there. Hopefully it's just something simple.
