SMARTYPARTS STILL AROUND?

A year or two ago I purchased a Superchips from Smartyparts. Recently it developed a problem, so I emailed them to see what the warranty was and whether or not I could return it for testing to see if it is salvageable.

No response in over a week. Anyone know if they are still in business? Their website is running OK.

actually, i had a problem with my superchip too, and i dealt with superchips directly, and they were great. they sent me a new chip for free, i just paid shipping.
