I saw others reporting success on other phones, tried on mine but it didn't work.
Here's how I finally got it working:
1. Unpair the phone from the car (i.e. "delete" it from the Bluetooth device setting.
2. Go into MT 4G's wireless setting and open Bluetooth Setting
3. Delete "SYNC" from bluetooth devices
4. Go into Bluetooth's Advance settings
5. Checkbox Message access
6. Open Message access settings
7. Checkbox SMS under "Message Providers", uncheck other boxes such as Email.
8. Go SYNC and go into the Bluetooth Device/Setting list
9. Add a phone
10. Pair the car with MT 4G
11. Once succesfull, wait a day
12. You should start to see the SMS when you click on the Messaging button in Phone mode.
Enjoy!
