Let's try this again..
Here's my idea.. basically have like dual "intakes" into the airbox. Cut a hole on the fender side of the box, and find some pvc or something with a small (1/2"-1/4") flange. Drill some holes, and cut out a chunk of plastic or something to cover up the hole if needed/wanted/whatever.
Also find a way to cover up the stock intake hole for wheelin or deep water crossing or whatever.
Then just a basic snorkle after that.
I have no clue if a snorkle will pass emissions up here in Alaska, so that's why the idea of blocking it off.. that way maybe they'd let it go, if it wouldn't pass.
Anybody think this would be a bad idea? Any ideas/suggestions/criticism?
