I have a question, Ive heard a lot of the fullsize 44 swap, and that there was also a very early bronco that offered a explorer sized, i guess u would call it mid sized axle. Ive also heard of a toyota axle being used, are there anymore? Ive contemplated the swap, call me weird, but so far i am happy with the 35' ttb... any comments?

-thanks, rob

You can use the D44 from the Early Bronco, D44 from Fullsize Bronco/F-150s, D44 from a Jeep Wagonner.. Basically anything that is drivers side drop/pinion.

thanks.. as far as mid sized axles go, just the early bronco and a toyota axle? if i were to go the way of solid, i dont think id wanna go full size, ive heard of a bronco 2 around where i live, being condemned by icbc, or the insurance place, and also the police, cuz it did a swap like that.. i mean, theres always flares, but i was just mainly wondering.. i just didnt want the headache
