Some issues with my 2000 Explorer

I have a 2000 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer edition with 145000 miles and a 4L V6. Theres a few issues with it.
1) Rough idle cold or warm, especially cold
2) Stalls when you start it unless you rev it
3) Both power windows dont work. Bumps move them around too
4) When you start moving sometimes theres clunks. Mostly when your starting in mud or slamming the gas down

Any ideas whats wrong or how to fix it?

I have a 2000 too, my Check Engine Light came on Saturday. Took it to my mechanic and he advised it was the fuel/air ratio. He checked my vacuum lines and all were okay. He said he knew of problems with the seals failing between the plenum and the intake, not to bad of a fix. He cleared the light and I'll drive it until I can afford to get it fixed. Good luck...
