Some lights not working???!!!

Hey, last night the car just simply started with the dashboard lights and fog lights not working. Funny thing is that when I click on the alarm, the dashboard lights flicker meaning that they do work, but the halogen fog lights do not flicker. The alarm was setup so that when you click open/close, the car flickers the fog lights, the top front orange lights (I dunno how these are called!) and the dashboard lights. My driving lamps work just fine, checked all fuses and relays and all are OK.

Does this have something to do with the alarm setup? I can't see a thing in the dashboard at night! HELP!!!!!!!!

Turned out to be that the light switch was overheating due to the HID system...they installed a relay for the HID and cleaned the switch with electrical cleaner and now it is OK...

No relay...yikes.....almost had fried wires.
