yesterday i pulled my 02 sensor out bc my computer was throwing a p0153 well the sensor was pretty bad. I sprayed some MAf cleaner on there and used a really fine bristle tooth brush to clean it. Well this morning i go start my car and it runs really bad. It ran fine b4 i pull that 02 out any suggestions? Did the maf cleaner have something to do with it? I figured since it was a sensor cleaner it should of been fine for the 02.

O2 sensors very, very, rarely fail from being dirty. If it's throwing a code leading you to believe it's failing, Replace it.

You can try to swap it to another location to isolate it and see if it tosses a different code if you'd like to test prior to replacing.

well the code has been on for awhile now. but why was it running rough this morning. Now its running fine.

Because the sensor could be failing. Works sometimes, sometimes not. Some fail immediately, some lose range of read, then fail later.
