Sometimes...I don't know..

Is is me or do Explorers - just for the hell of it run crappy sometimes? Some days my 97 XLT runs great, some days it runs good and other days I want to take a sledge hammer to it. Yes as you can tell my Explorer is running like S&%@ today. I don't know...I think it's me, I know there's nothing wrong with the truck. Something I have noticed though is that all it takes is a temperature drop from like 50 to 40 for my truck to run totally different...how about yours?

Have you cleaned/replaced your MAS? Not sure if it does this, or if there another sensor that measures temp of air going into the engine, cause air density is different at different temps and the computer should adjust fuel/air mixture to compensate for this change. Sounds like your computer isn't.........

I think it's just you...j/k I would definately check the MAS.
