Joined a bit early not quite an owner of an explorer but I will as of weds morning. Figured I’d get a jump on signing up. I’ll share a few of the pics I have of it and more will come once she’s mine!

Not sure how to post pics yet (maybe someone can help me?) but here’s a link of a couple I have. Top being the most recent

Nice truck! Welcome.

Thanks. Thought maybe joining early would keep me occupied while I have to wait to drive it lol

It’s now mine!!!! Just drove it home a few hours ago. Kid also threw in a spacer lift kit that I could potentially lift another 2-3 inches. When I looked at it I swore he told me that’s the kind of lift on it but I guess it’s a suspension lift. If I put the spacers on top of that will everything still be good? Or will I need to regear anything? Pretty green when it comes to all of this but I’m eager to learn. It’s ok if I can’t use it without changing a lot If anything i would just like to get the front a bit higher to level correctly and eliminate the tiny bit of rubbing in getting without hacking up my bumper and inside wheel well liner more than it already is. Think the brush guard weight is giving me the rake. Pretty sure spacer set is 2.5” front and 1.5” rear

Finally got it

Regearing is generally only required with s big change in tire size. So the spacers shouldn't change anything there. That said, the main reason for more lift is to make room for bigger tires (which is really the best way to get parts hanging down low up and out of the way) sooo... Ya see where this is leading.

Thanks for the info. I keep going back and forth on what to do lol. I like the level look but I’m not sure how much I will tow with it so idk if I should leave the little bit of rake or level it
