Sound from throttle body

This may sound like a stupid question, but is my throttle supposed to make a really loud sucking sound when accelterating, just wondering. :yelexp:

Mine does, pretty normal. If you wanna risk it, take the air tube thing (you know what I"m talking about) off and start the truck, put your hand there. yeah, it sucks pretty hard at idle, imagine 3,000 rpms.

Check the connections for any loose clamps.
 






Mine sounds like that too. I think its pretty normal.
 






do you have an aftermarket cold air intake on your truck? they tend to be a lot noisier than the stock filter box.
