Sourcing new Rocker Panels

Up visiting family in NS Canada and crawled under the EX to investigate a drivers loose running board. Found a rusted out drivers rocker panel... of course. Local Ford dealer wants 250.00 to order one in. Called a few local parts stores and they tell me it's a dealer order item only.

Anyone have a Canadian source for rockers? Need a drivers side (LH) rocker for an 03 Sport.

look at LMC Truck think they want like 95 or each

that or find a clean 4 door, lop them off, and shorten them. thats what i did.

Called LMC Trucks and was told shipping to Canada would be almost 2 weeks. Also have no 03 Rockers. They do have 50-9808 for a 2door 95-00 or 50-9812 4door slip on 95-01 but that's it.

Finding a donor car up here without rust.. Lol it's easier to find a needle in a haystack!

Any more Canadian options? I've access to a full shop and welding gear here as well as paint but not back home in Delaware yet which is why I'd prefer to do it here but can't wait 2 extra weeks just for parts.

92-00 sports take the same rocker as a 03. as for rust, finding one is hard, but not impossible. you need to find one with out the factory running boards on them.

Update:
Well I didn't have time to wait on ford or LMC shipping. Bought 24"x48" 20G & 6"x8' 18G sheet for less then $20.00 with most left over. Bought a 30" bender for dad and $12.00 for a 1lb roll of Flux Core wire. We have argon gas for MIG but he bottle was being lent out unfortunately. Used the 18G to repair the lower section of the inner rocker about 1.75" up.. just below the reinforcing indent. The 20G was bentand shaped and welded in from the bottom up to about 1/2" below the upper holes for the plastic rocker molding. Ground down and will get a coat of POR-15 tonight. Tomorrow will sand, give a small skim of fill where needed, re-sand, prime and repaint the following day.

Took a body hammer to the rest of the underside and found a small 1/4" hole on the Right side frame rail. Cut it out and welded in some new plate to fix the. Everything else looks to be good and solid. The rocker likely separated when I hooked the running boards a couple years ago which caused it to rust out.

Friday I'll take it in and have the truck Fluid Filmed inside and out.
