It seems that they are on backorder at the headquarters and they are actually manufactured in Italy.

Another update:

This is the text from an IM from my sis.

they are a rare seat & color and material.

we show none in stock and are waiting on shipment,
my friend is going to track it down and bump up his order. he's got 4 seats total right?

dynamic turbo is our distributor, that seat they have on order, is the only order so they aren't screwing him over or anything.
