spare tire cable..

My spare tire cable box, pulley(whatever its called) doesnt want to turn. and i think i need a new one. Its probably clogged from goin muddin. can anybody help me out on how to fix it or should i just get a new one ? If i need a new one, does anybody have an extra sittin around ? thanx

You could probably hose it down good with some silicon spray to see if that will free it up some, or i've got one out in the garage. Email me or PM if you need it.
