You should be able to use the sharp end of the lug wrench. The hole is just above the rear bumper in the middle of the body. Turn the wrench to the left to loosen.
stickt the lug wrenc pinty end first in the hole by the license plate and turn tire gets winched down but be careful when you put it back up the cable snaps really easy
On my '92 there is a LOONG handle clipped into the engine bay above the radiator. I put that into the slot above the rear bumper and turn. Had to read the owner's manual my first time (not fun to do in deep snow when you slide down an embankment and blow out the front tire).
