I have a size smaller than yours and with a hitch and I could barely squeeze it in there. I had to hammer out the back lip to get in there. Without a hitch I think you shouldn't have a problem.

Just like X factor said. No aftermarket hitch, it should fit. There is one type of hitch that won't even let a 31 fit in there though, I think it is a tube hitch....

Thanks for responding, I have a after market hitch so I guess I will just leave my firestone spare under there.
Thanks
Joe

You can deflate it, and inflate it with a portable compressor if needed Sk1er.....

I carry a can of Fix-a-Flat which I plan to use before I get my spare out. Especially in the mud. I have a 31" spare in the stock compartment but had to deflate it a little.

I was looking into getting the tire holder for the back door but it seems to be expensive..
I have a good flat repair kit in my car- maybe ill invest in a portable compressor. Only problem is that does nothing for a blowout...
