Spark Plug Cable Question?

I am suprised with your story of Magnecor's customer service. I have found them to be exemplary. They sent me 3 replacement cables without even asking for the old ones back ( the supplied cables were too short to make the correct routing ).
 






Maybe it's just a question of who answers the phone. I specifically asked if they can send me a replacement prior to receiving the damaged part. The guy wasn't sure, put me on hold, I assume to check with a "higher authority", and then came back and told me that the only thing that can be done is for me to purchase a cable and get a refund later. I am sure they have a good product, but that is not a good way to treat a customer. It'll be interesting to see if they will be willing to cover the shipping charges for returning the damaged cable.
