Spark plug recommendation

Have an 07 Ironman 4.6, with just over 70k, what spark plug is best?
Purchased Dec. 2012, assuming original plugs are still in.
Have installed K&N CAI, & Magnaflow catback.
Only getting 13 city / 17 hwy.
Will probably upgrade to ACCEL coils.

welcome to the forum! I just changed my plugs in my 4.0 sohc with motorcraft plugs and duralast wires. I would probably go with motorcraft plugs because i mean ford put them in there for a reason. its a combination that works. you could probably go with motorcraft wires too. i know that with the 4.0 people like the autolite double platinums with ngk wires. i'm not sure whether the 4.6 would be any different. i would still do motorcraft plugs anyways. i'm sure someone else will chime in with something other than a 4.0
