Special Brackets for PIAA Pro90 FogLights to fit X Style Airdams

Does anyone have these brackets or can make them? They do not have them at EE anymore and I will need a pair.
So I wondered if anyone bought a set and didn't use them or if someone knows how to make them. I need them cause I can't make firewood from a tree.
