I've got a speedgrille right now, I was wondering if they make speedgrille bumper inserts for my 95 sport? I've looked around and havent found any so i'm thinkin they dont, does anyone know where i can get the material to make my own?

I am in need of a bumper insert as well....for my '96. Street Scene does not make this for our models and they wouldn't sell me a flat piece of the material so I could make my own. I think once spring rolls around I'm going to order one for another application (f-150 or something) and just make my own from it.

I even emailed them about that, never heard back. I love the main inserts but it looks kinda off with no bumper piece. I wish I would have been with the guys when they met the president of SS out at SEMA....

Street Scene was going to make a bumper insert for 95-98 bumpers, but they decided not to because they could not find a good way to secure it on the bumper. This is what they told me on the phone.

Here is a pic of mine (pic looks wierd because I had to resize it to fit in gallery):

I went to Lowe's and found a piece of steel grate. Primered and painted. It was just wide enough to fit the opening. As Hartman said, the hard part is attaching it without taking the bumper off and tack welding it on each corner. Since I had the front license plate bracket still on, I unbolted it and used zip ties to hold it in place.

It doesn't match perfect, but it comes close, and looks better to me than just the opening...

Just an idea...

Thats the closest match ive seen. I wonder how well some liquid nails or somethin of that sort would work
