You didn't say why you want to replace them Jason. Are they scratched up? At the bottom of this page you will find 5 threads on door sills.

Yeah I looked at those. They are scratched up and I was interested in maybe changing the logo. I did quite a bit of searching yesterday and couldn't find replacement plates. I may try just a cover.

It may be possible to buff the scratches out. I had the driver's side pretty scratched up when I took a previous in for some minor bodywork and when I got it back the sill plate looked almost like new. However, if you're looking at changing the logo, that's another thing. Good luck.
