sport trac 4.0 swap help

I need some help. Will any 4.0 sohc fit into a 04 sport trac??
mustang, ranger, explorer ?? and what needs to be done for this to happen
I am having a hard time finding a motor from a sport trac

Please check this link below. Basically it has a reply by "BoomingXplorer" (post#8) about an engine swap for a SOHC 4.0 Explorer utilizing a late model Ranger engine. It's the most economical way without buying the higher priced exact Explorer engine (higher mileage and less reliable) from a local yard.
