no start fast crank

Sounds as if you have jumped time or broken a chain. Normal no compression with cam timing off or non existent

compression test

Check the compression on at least one cylinder in each bank. The reading should be around 180 psi. If the compression is low on one cylinder in a bank then check the other two cylinders. All cylinders in one bank with low or no compression means the camshaft chain for that bank has slipped or broken. All cylinders in both banks with low or no compression means the crankshaft to jackshaft chain has slipped or broken.

I got the truck to start ,the only thing that i did was disconnect the battery for 20 min,and turn the ignition switch off and on four times real fast Then i waited 10 sec and it crank right up. So now it sounds like a fuel pressure problem. What is next
