ok, heres my dillema, i need new tires for my lowered X, currently i am lowered with the EE kit, but i still have my 31x10.5's on a set of 15x8 AR 136's. i need a tire that will look sporty on the 15" wheels untill i can get the money together for the 18's. if you have any experience with lowered X's that still have 15" rims please let me know of suggested tire sizes

Its tough to get a sporty look with a lot of rubber on the sidewall. Why spend the money on tires for the 15's if you are eventually gonna get rims. Or is it if you get tires for the 15's you are never gonna get rims?

dumb question but how does one go from putting 31s on a truck to lowering it?

yea, i just realized that. how are you dropped with 31's on 8" wheels? there are some that cant run 31's on 15x8's sittin' stock...

i dunno, but i am sitting on bumpstops up front with an AR 136 15x8's with 31x10.5 Bridgestone Dueler A/T's. there is about 1" of gap between the top of the tire and the fender  and i am at -1.8 degrees camber  . i used to have the truck lifted, and this was something i did one weekend when i was bored. I am going to Indy Truck Bash next weekend and i thinnk i am going to put the lift back on it for this.

 So do you want it lowered or not?

lol, i want it lowered, BUT i can't get the tires in by the weekend of Indy Truck Bash.

If you have flares

I run 275/60r15 on 15x8. on mine I could fit up to 305
