Squeaking Suspension

I took my 1996 4x4 off-roading yesterday and today when I drove it today, the front suspension was squeaking every time I hit a bump in the road. I don't have any modifications to the suspension and i don't want to take it to a repair shop just yet. Any suggestions?

spray wd40 on the linkages for the control arms one at a time, see if you can pinpoint one. try doing this to all exposed linkages on the suspesnion, and maybe you can find the problem
