2019 Sport with 70k. Rear bench seat. The rear passengers seat squeaks when my kids sit on it and we go over bumps. If they shift their weight, same thing. It’s a metal on metal, high pitched squeak. Also, when I flip that seat up, to allow people in the third row, it makes the same noise when you put the seat back down.
I have isolated it to the bottom of the seat back, where it meets the seat bottom. If I push in that area I can replicate it, but not always. I took the carpet back off the seat back and bottom and shot liquid silicone on nearly every metal part I could get to. It laughed at me and continues.
Hesitate going to the dealer as they never seem to care to work on these issues, sadly. Anyone else ever come across this?
