On my '92 Exploder the rear door power windows have an ear piercing squeel when they roll up or down. They also jump down. I offroad the crap outa it so I'm sure the dirt has something to do with it. So far I've wiped out the window channels and the rubber that rubs against the window. I've also used compressed air to blow out the rubbers everywhere they rub on the window. I don't have any tint so I nkow that's not the cause. Any ideas or am I going to have to pull the door apart and clean the crap outta it? How hard is it to pull off the door panel? Any tricks or tips would be awesome!!!!

Have you lubed the channels?

It's pretty easy to pull the panel off. Just get a Haynes manual.

No, I havn't. Are you talking about down in the door or what you can see in the windoe opening? Sounds like I'll be pulling the panels off this weekend because it's REALLY annoying!!
