Here is a good way to clean your exterior windows and help keep them clean.
1. go to your local groccery store and buy a can of Bon Ami and a pack of sponges. (Important note don' use Comet as it is to abrasive)
2. wet down the window and sponge then aply Bon Ami to sponge. Scrub your windos in a circular motion. Rinse thoroughly. Make sure you rinse of the body as well.
3. Apply a good coat of Rain-X. I sugest using the Rain-X windoe wax that is now out. It dries to a glazed donut like film. I find it much easier to see when you have missed a spot. It is also easier to rub of as apposed to the original liquid. (Note: what ever you use to apply the Rain-X with be it a sponge or a cloth discard of them when done. The Rain-X will eat them!

I havent tried this new Rain X wax, but I have heard a few good things about it, so I might try it. The Rain X wipes and the liquid is really bad stuff, I have tried different types on at least 3 different vehicles following the directions and got the same results on all: Rub until your arm wants to fall off, and smears all over the place. I like to use Eagle 1 20/20. It cleans the windows up really nice and it beads and sheets water great, and its cheap. I cant wait to try Eimann Fabrik's Clear Vision though.
