i have issues starting my 99 mountaineer with the 4.0,it will start if i tap the gas pedal and then it starts fine after that for a while,the fuel pump does kick in,i listen for it every time and it seems the more humid it is the more it does it as well,it does need spark plugs but i dont know ifthats the issue:scratch:
