Starting my build/what to do first?

So I might be coming across some good money if I sell one of my toys. I have a stock 92 explorer and if it sales I'll have around 1300 to transfer into the explorer. Here is what I am thinking of doing. Maybe somone else might have a better route. If ya'll know where some good places are to buy some of this stuff or where they are the cheapest let me know please.

4 or 5- 31x10.5x15's on my stock rims. (Not sure what brand for the money.)

Warn Manual Locking Hubs (not sure where to get the best deal)

2 in. lift w/ f150 coil springs and leaf springs from f150 (Junkyard-cost is a case of beer.)

Shocks for my 2in lift. (not sure where to get the best deal)

and possibly a front locker since the 8.8 in the read is LSD.

What do you guys think?

Just depends what tread you want.If you can find 4 used 31's that match and a beater for a spare you will save a ton.

if your going to invest in a locker i would at least start with the rear.
best bang for your buck.

Extend your axle breathers
Change your intake filter possible snorkel
Do a complete tune-up and do all the fluids diffs,transfer and tranny

Treadwright tires are the way to go. They're inexpensive, and hold up very well. I have the Muds in a 235 right now, and they're spectacular to say the least. Check them out, they are marvelous.
