Check your battery cables . Could be loose or corroded. Also check the wires to the starter. The starter could be going. Get undernieth and tap the starter with a hammer firm but gentle while someone turns the key. This may solve your problems temporarily. Try not to bang the selenoid. If it turns over, it's probably your starter. When you turn the key, if it clicks once, it's probably the starter. If it goes click, click, click, really fast in succession, it's probably a bad connection on the battery. Also, listen for the relay. The only other thing I can think of is the starter gear jammed against the flywheel. Good luck
