Got the Sploder inspected this morning and just received the results . . . Front left brake pad is cracked needs to be replaced, along witht he front left side. Muffler has a hole in it and also needs to be replaced. So, $200 or so later I will have a fully inspected vehicle. I hate inspections, they always seem to find something wrong that ends up costing me money!

When I ran my old S-10 Blazer through they failed it cause I modified the drivers seat to fit my amp.
The lever to move the seat back and forth was cut off.
Also there was a 350Turbo tranny in it so the shift indacator was not accurate , failed it for that too.
Fortunately Maryland does not have anual inspections like some states do.

Cost me $248 to get all that stuff fixed. My dad is good buddies with the mechanic who runs the shop, so he gave us a deal on labor, but the parts cost me an arm an a leg. The muffler alone was $100! I didn't know it, but they increased the fee for an inspection from $10 to $15 this year. I still hate inspections...
