Steering Rack Questions

Got a question about the power steering racks in the 97 XLT model. Can the hoses that go from the rack to the pump (not the two main hoses, but the smaller ones) be replaced? Do I just have to buy a new rack and replace it? Are racks super hard to replace or just time consuming? Thanks everyone in advance. Two weeks of no power steering, and I think I'm getting buffer riding around town!

You could probably just replace the steel lines, if you get the ends matched up and bend them the same way. A new rack should come with those i think, but i may be wrong.

It's not to hard to replace, a couple hours of work.
