I have a 1999 explorer limited 4.0 sohc 4x4 and found a decent size puddle of steering fluid near the driver side tire..found that the lower shaft boot was torn up also..I have removed both the bolts from the steering shaft but I can not get it to come out at all..I've tried all the common techniques of removing something..spray it..beat it..these forums have helped me alot while I've been doin repairs on my truck this is my first post and I hope yall can help a brotha out on how to get this sucker unstuck
