Steering wheel adjustment

Is there a way to adjust to manual tilt/tele steering wheel lower than factory? I love how low the seat can get but the wheel doesn't even come close to matching that position. I have a 2018 XLT 3.5 AWD.

Welcome to the Forum.
If you have the tilt and telescopic power steering then I don't see how you can make any other manual adjustments. Perhaps someone else can join in and confirm or correct me.
