Steering Wheel Control

Hi -

I am having problems with my 02 X steering wheel control for the temperature. The temperature up control works, but I am unable to lower the temperature from the steering wheel control. Does anyone know what the problem might be? I do have an extended warrranty through Ford so I will probably bring it to the dealer to have fixed.

One other thing, my drivers side door sometimes doesn't open from the outside? I believe the lock mechanism is sticking but any advice on this would be appreciated!

If you have the warranty let them deal with it.

I would suspect the clock springs would be bad in the steering wheel causing the controls not to work.
