Steering wheel pulsates

Hey everybody.
Got a weird problem. I replaced both front wheel bearing hub assemblies, and the drivers side front c/v shaft.

Now when I'm backing out of the driveway the steering wheel pulsates/chatters when turning the wheel. It also does it moving forward and turning.

Any ideas.
oh yeah, it's an 03 explorer 4wd, 4.0

Air in the power steering system most likely caused by turning the wheels with the engine off.
Driving slowly while turning lock to lock will eventually purge the air out. VERY common mistake.
