Steering wheel shakes when turning to the right

Just replaced the brake rotor wheel hub assembly and CV shaft on a 2000 ford explorer XLT 4.0 wasn't shaking before i changed them out now it shakes when i turn to the right but not the left and only while i'm doing around 15+ mph

Any ideas?

You got air in the power steering system. Purge it.
