Steering wheel vibrating when turning

I resently did the drivers side wheel baring and after I finished I took it for a test drive and noticed when turning it would vibrate I checked all the ball joints there good I just did all four tie rods and I'm at conpleate loss anyone have any idea

Trapped air in the power steering system. Turn wheel full left then right lock to lock several times to work out any trapped air.

I second that. When my sport trac was picked up and towed and moved around a lot while not running, the steering was used a lot. When it was finally started and running, i drove it home and the wheel vibrated badly on turns and became a full on death wobble at higher speeds. I thought there was major damage to the front end. Upon looking up things on the internet I found out about this trapped air thing. I started the truck and turned the wheel lock to lock 10 times. Problem solved, steering was now smooth as new. Its amazing what a little trapped air can do.
