Try disconnecting the battery cable (neg) for 5-10 minutes. then reconnect and start the truck... and allow it to idle for 3 minutes or so...this should reset the computer.
Check your vacuum hoses. If you have just changed air filters, check the ones that hook up on your air box. I have heard that this can cause high idle speed.
