- '92 Mazda Navajo Lx 4.0
Ok I have read 9 different theads regarding 2wd and lockers and im still confused on this. I have a 92 Mazda Navajo or nevergo witchever you prefer and I want to put in a fairly cheap yet reliable off/on road locker I have an 8.8 327 limited slip rear end. I don't mind lunch box lockers at all and I don't mind doing the differential clutch rebuild with one problem the auto parts stores here and the ford/mazda parts store all look at Me as if Ive lost my mind when I tell them I want new diff. Clutches. Any help will be greatly appreciated also on a side note I have been offroading in my 2wd ls and have gone through 2 sets of u joints due to the excessive spinning would like to be able to keep them awhile and all im looking for us to be able to follow or lead my brother in laws ranger. If it helps I live in south Mississippi and we have mud trails and rivers no real hills to speak of
